On Stage as California's AI Transparency Law Takes Effect

Burhan Yanbolu on stage with California State Senator Josh Becker at the SB 942 AI Transparency Act launch event, Sacramento

The same week, Hardin AI was also confirmed as a signatory to the European Commission's Code of Practice on Transparency of AI-Generated Content, alongside Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Meta, and Microsoft — recognised under both Section 1 (marking and detection providers) and Section 2 (deployers).
